Natural Stone & Brick Cladding
Face a plain, rendered or dated house in real natural stone or brick and completely transform it — fixed by stonemasons, matched to your home, and built to last. Full houses, extensions, feature walls and piers.
Real stone, fixed by real stonemasons
Nothing lifts the front of a house like natural stone. Cladding a plain block, rendered or tired-looking home in real stone or brick transforms it completely — giving it the solid, timeless look of a proper stone building.
Here's what sets us apart: a lot of "stone cladding" is thin, fake panels fitted by general fitters. We're stonemasons — we work with genuine natural stone every day, so you get the real thing: real colour, texture and depth, properly bedded and pointed to last, and matched to any existing stone, wall or entrance.

Matched, bedded and built to last
Because we're masons, we don't just stick stone on a wall — we choose and lay each piece for its face and fit, break the joints, bed it properly and point it in the right mortar, so it reads as a real stone wall and stays sound for decades.
And we can tie the cladding into the rest of the job — a new stone entrance, a boundary wall or a driveway — so the whole front of your property is one consistent, high-quality finish.

Choosing the right stone — and fixing it so it lasts
The look of a stone-clad house comes down to two things: the stone you choose and the way it's fixed. We help you get both right. On the stone, we work with sandstone, limestone, granite and quartzite — in tight-coursed, random or dry-look styles — plus real brick and reclaimed brick where it suits the property. On a free site visit we hold samples against your existing walls, render and roof so you can see the colour and texture in daylight before you commit, because a stone that looks right in a yard can look wrong on your gable.
Fixing is where cheap cladding jobs fall down. Thin imitation panels are simply glued to the wall, and within a few years the colour fades, the edges lift and the joints crack. We fix real stone the mason's way: we prepare and key the background, use proper stainless fixings and ties where the build-up needs them, bed each piece in the right mortar, break the joints so no run lines up, and point it to shed water. Around openings, sills and at the base we detail the stone so rain runs off the face and away from the wall — not behind it.
Matched to the whole property. Because we also build walls, piers and entrances, we can carry the same stone from the house across to your gate pillars, boundary wall and driveway — so the finished result looks designed, not patched together.
The result is cladding that reads as a genuine stone building and stays sound for decades — the depth, shadow and character of real stone, not a flat panel that dates. Whether it's a single feature gable or a full house wrap, you get the same standard we bring to our heritage restoration work.

Mary Forde · Google reviewStone & brick cladding — your questions answered
What kinds of cladding do you fit?
Natural stone cladding and brick cladding — on house fronts and full houses, extensions, feature walls, entrance piers, chimneys and internal features. We use real natural stone and brick, fixed properly, not thin plastic imitations.
Can you clad a plain block or rendered house in stone?
Yes — that's one of our most popular jobs. We face plain block, rendered or dated houses in natural stone or brick to completely transform the look, and tie it into any existing stonework, entrance or wall so it all matches.
Is it real stone or fake?
Ours is real natural stone, fixed by stonemasons. You get the real thing — the colour, texture and depth of natural stone — properly bedded and pointed to last, not a thin panel that dates.
Do you cover Dublin?
Yes. Stone cladding is one of our most requested jobs in Dublin, especially on newer estate homes and extensions, and right across Meath and Kildare too.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. A free site visit, advice on the stone or brick that suits your home, and a clear, itemised quote.
